Investhill delivers advisory services and related services to clients/partners (governments, communities, territories, organizations, companies and individuals) to help develop and implement solutions to problems and challenges related to investment, finance, business development, and sustainable economic development. Investhill offers to share with clients/partners its wide and deep knowledge, experience, wisdom, passion and enthusiasm to add significant value to clients/partners’ businesses.

Investhill manages investments (including building and managing investment funds and assets, for its own account or third parts account) in the objective to sustainably optimize return and growth. Investhill performs various investment management services for clients/partners (from public, private or non-profit sector, international or national, institutional or individual), including services such as asset allocation, investment analysis, portfolio construction and also search for investment opportunities (through identification and development of potential businesses) and search and negotiation of capital for all types of enterprises, commercial or industrial, in creation or development.

Investhill invests in enterprises for its own account or thirds part account. 3.1.              Asset Allocation

Investhill determines the proportion of a portfolio that should be invested in various asset classes to help clients/partners meet their financial/investment goals. Asset classes typically include cash, equity and debt securities, and alternative investments (such as private equity, real estate, and commodities). Equity and debt securities may be further divided, such as into foreign and domestic. To determine the appropriate allocation to each of the various asset classes, Investhill assess the risk and return characteristics of potential investments.

Investhill analyzes investment, in terms of estimating the fundamental value of the potential investments and identifying attractive securities and assets. Investhill also use other approaches when and if necessary.

Investhill invests in the attractive securities and assets it identified through its investment analysis, taking into account client’s requirements and appropriate asset allocation. Inveshill trades securities and assets; holds, manages, and accounts for the securities and assets during the period of investment; and evaluates the performance of the investment.
